    Terrible service. The lady at the front counter kept telling me I should have sent in my faulty Dyson which was under warranty direct to dyson but the online bing lee person whom I was dealing with advised me to return to the store where I purchased it. The store person then proceeded to tell me the bing lee online people don't know anything. I've need here before and dealt with the same difficult lady. Won't be back here.

    I made a complaint on Facebook last week and have been speaking to Nicole (who has been very nice to deal with ) and she was going to get the manager of the Casula/Crossroads store to contact me in relation to a bad experience last week. No word from the manager as yet which I suppose matches the lack of service in store! I wouldn't even give them one star but it won't allow me to post unless I select one!
